I really enjoyed the workshop. I very much appreciated the fact that everything was supported by their corresponding studies as I think it is the best way to justify why you were telling us to use the platform in a certain way. This is something I feel the fitness industry usually lacks, so I would like to highlight that. Since your training system starts from valid and scientific premises, I consider your own personal experiences very useful. Besides, we can likewise provide that information to our clients too, which will make them have trust in us and their workout.
I reckon that the content was very comprehensive, and I personally found very interesting the test you explained to us in which you have to march in the same place keeping the eyes closed, to assess any possible imbalance. It is very simple, but still very powerfull.
